  • Ideal Audience: All employees and leaders who want to build skills in supportive workplace communication

We’ve all had moments when we wanted to check in with someone but weren’t sure what to say. Talking about mental health at work doesn’t have to feel awkward. This session gives you the words, the confidence, and the approach to start those important conversations!

This interactive workshop bridges knowledge and action, giving participants both the understanding and the hands-on skills needed to approach mental health conversations with confidence. We’ll begin by exploring what mental health really means in a workplace context. Bridging knowledge and action, participants are introduced to a simple, memorable framework for offering support, along with practical “do”s and “don’t”s to guide you through these sensitive conversations. Through discussion and real-world scenarios, you’ll practice active listening, showing empathy, and keeping healthy boundaries, all while connecting someone to the right workplace or community resources.

This workshop is designed for groups who are ready to move from theory into action. You’ll leave feeling prepared to start the conversation — and help create a workplace culture grounded in respect, compassion, and psychological safety.
