A thriving workplace doesn’t happen by accident. It takes deliberate effort to create an environment where employees feel supported, engaged, and able to perform at their best. Mental health issues account for one-third of disability claims in Canadian workplaces and 70% of associated costs — and yet, the greater toll often comes from presenteeism, where employees show up but are unable to perform at full capacity. Organizations that invest in psychological health and safety not only protect their people but also strengthen performance, culture, and reputation.

This full-day workshop provides the time and space for leaders and teams to move beyond theory and into practice. Alongside foundational knowledge about depression, anxiety, stigma, and legal responsibilities, participants will engage in hands-on activities, guided dialogue, and problem-solving tailored to their workplace. The session emphasizes applying concepts in real-world scenarios, equipping participants with tools and strategies they can use immediately.

By the end of the day, your team will have not only a deeper understanding of what makes a mentally healthy workplace but also a clear, customized plan for integrating these practices into policies, leadership approaches, and daily operations.
