This session shifts the focus away from jargon and into real-life strategies that help individuals care for their own mental health. Participants will explore what wellness, resilience and self care really are (and what they’re not!) in order to create a more grounded, personal understanding of these concepts.
Through engaging discussion, participants will learn how to keep a pulse on their own mental health, flag changes early and take proactive steps to stay well. We’ll break down the components of resilience into everyday practices that anyone can adopt and challenge participants to create their own personal definition of resilience that fits their life and values.
