Every workplace and community has a role to play in suicide prevention. These two internationally recognized, evidence-based programs give participants the tools to recognize warning signs, respond with confidence, and connect people to life-saving supports.

-
safeTALK Training (Suicide Alertness for Everyone)
Developed by LivingWorks Education, safeTALK is a half-day, in-person workshop that equips participants to recognize when someone may be thinking about suicide and connect them with resources that can help. Using the TALK steps — Tell, Ask, Listen, KeepSafe — participants gain confidence in responding to risk and overcoming the stigma that often prevents life-saving conversations.

-
QPR Gatekeeper Training (Question, Persuade, Refer)
Often described as “CPR for mental health,” QPR Gatekeeper is a concise, 90-minute virtual training that teaches participants how to ask directly about suicide, persuade someone to seek help, and refer them to the right supports. This practical, skills-based session builds the confidence to step in and save a life when it matters most.
Through her affiliate company Arpeggio Health Services, Elizabeth Eldridge delivers both programs as a certified facilitator. Organizations can schedule private training for their teams, while individuals can join public virtual sessions for QPR. Check out options for public courses HERE.
