The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada to improve mental health literacy, reduce stigma, and build resilience in workplaces. It provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills to recognize changes in mental health, start supportive conversations, and strengthen coping strategies.

Elizabeth Eldridge is a certified TWM facilitator through her sister company, Arpeggio Health Services, and brings over a decade of expertise in workplace mental health to every session. TWM can be scheduled as a private session for your organization, tailored to your workplace needs, or you can register individuals for one of Elizabeth’s public virtual offerings — perfect for smaller organizations or individuals looking to benefit from the training. Check out options for public training HERE.

With program streams available for both employees and leaders, The Working Mind is a powerful way to build a shared language and culture around psychological health and safety in your workplace.
