There was a time when being constantly available for work was practically a competitive sport. Working through lunch meant you were dedicated. Answering emails at 10 PM meant you were committed and possibly next in line for that big promotion. Coming to work sick proved you were indispensable, and having a zillion unused vacation days at the end of the year was somehow a flex instead of a cry for help. Thankfully, we're starting to question some of those assumptions. Most
